About LMS Picks
This started as software for one club, because the spreadsheet had become somebody's second job.
A Last Man Standing is a great club fundraiser and a miserable thing to administer. Twenty teams, eighty players, and a rule that each person can only use each team once — that's a tracking problem that a spreadsheet handles badly and a human handles worse at eleven o'clock on a Saturday night.
So it got built properly: fixtures and results sync themselves, picks lock at the first kickoff, anyone who forgets gets auto-assigned a team, and every action is logged so disputes end in ten seconds rather than ten messages.
It worked, other clubs asked, and here we are.
What we don't do
We don't touch your money. Your club collects entry fees the way it always has and keeps every penny of the pot. We charge a software subscription and that's the entirety of our relationship with your finances.
That's a deliberate choice rather than a missing feature. Your club already has a way of taking a tenner off people, and a platform that starts holding stakes and paying out prizes becomes a very different kind of business with a very different set of obligations.
